Our Story
A Family Tradition of Italian Hospitality
Chef Tino Viola, originally from Gaeta, Italy, brings authentic Italian flavors and time-honored traditions to Stuart. Every recipe carries the memory of his coastal hometown — bright seafood, slow-simmered sauces, and the kind of cooking that's passed between generations, not written down.
Built on family, tradition, and a passion for authentic Italian hospitality, the Viola family has always treated every guest as if they were entering their own home. Together, Andrew, Alex, Marjorie, and the manager, Kyle "Tony" Bigelow, created a restaurant where exceptional food and personal service come first. We continue that tradition by ensuring every guest enjoys an experience that feels special from the moment they arrive.
